Sally Henderson has been named, shamed, and jailed for "falsely accusing" her husband of rape. She still insists she is telling the truth. The evidence that she is lying? She also claimed her ex-boyfriend raped her. Neither man was charged because they simply did not believe her.
As there is no evidence that she is lying, she could well have been repeatedly raped and jailed for it.
And this won't deter rape victims coming forward how?

She's a "wicked liar"? Unbelievable.
It does make sense however, that they would limit the number of rape allegations a women could make in her lifetime. Otherwise, men might have to pay for their actions.
Fuckers. The allegations were almost exactly the same - what, that two men treated a woman like their personal sex servant? Surely not.
Do you know if there is a way of writing to prisoners? It would be good to be able to write to her and tell her we believe her.
The scariest thing about all this is that when she's out of prison (or even in prison?) she will be easy prey for any man who wants to rape in the knowledge that they will get away with it.
They are making the law up as they go along! I said on Stormys it's like something out of the early-modern witch hunts.
Man With A Bald Head reckons that there would be a 100% conviction rate for women accused of perverting the cause of justice or wasting police time re "false" rape allegations. Any one know any stats?
I know. I think he might be right though, that any woman charged with the crime of making a "false" rape report has no chance of being acquitted. Is there a case that disputes this?

Out of curiosity how would you improve conviction rates of the "Scumbag Defendants" when it has been admitted that it is "HER WORD AGAINST HIS", which under any criminal court should result in a not guilty verdict being returned without other evidence to support it?
